Each item represents service one home that we’ll manage getting grants and services for through the neighborhood. Please add as many homes as you will be mitigating within your neighborhood.

Faura only provides service to neighborhoods in Northern California. If your neighborhood is not in Northern California, we will cancel and refund your order.
Faura doesn’t mitigate individual homes. If only one home is purchased, we will refund your order.
We require that you take a brief 10 minute survey about your home to start - this is required to apply for grants and to schedule contractors. If a home doesn’t not complete the survey, you will refunded and they will be removed from the mitigation plan.

How to get started:
Add one item for every piece of neighborhood that needs to be mitigated to your cart and complete each item’s survey for us to create your mitigation plan. Once payment is received, we’ll reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a time to talk.

What happens next:
Someone from Faura will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up a call and discuss your neighborhood, and your needs. We create a custom survey for your neighborhood and send it to all residents on your mitigation plan. Once we have the survey data, we apply for grants on your behalf, and to schedule contractors to come and prepare your neighborhood for wildfires.
